You don't have to travel to faraway lands to find a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This Breathing Space brings the spirit of a retreat directly to the city—as an invitation to pause, explore, recharge, and refocus.
Atempause is a new format—a joint venture between The Breath Fast Club and Elementartanz . One weekend, two afternoons, two coaches—one female, one male: breath, movement, energy work, and space for integration—carefully interwoven into a harmonious whole.
A soothing retreat that not only creates distance from everyday life, but also connection – with yourself, with your body and with what wants to be seen at that moment.

For everyone longing for more balance, clarity, and inspiration in everyday life—and for those who already sense it: you don’t need to go to Ubud, Tulum, or Koh Phangan to take a moment to breathe.

Janine
Janine supports people in reconnecting with themselves—with what moves them, nourishes them, or calls to them from within. With an open heart and deep sensitivity, she creates spaces where you can discover yourself in new ways. Her work is rooted in respect, curiosity, and the belief that each person finds their own path. With years of experience and a strong sense of intuition, she gently guides others through transformational processes—always trusting that real change comes from within.

Rafael
Rafael is the founder of the Breath Fast Club. His passion lies in conscious breathing—as a gateway to self-awareness, a way to cultivate presence, release stress, and access inner calm and clarity.
What defines his work is a grounded, clear presence and a unique ability to make even complex ideas feel simple and accessible. Trained as a yoga teacher and freediver, he combines solid knowledge with an open, practical approach—rooted in depth, ease and playfulness.

Good to know : Sessions are recognized by health insurance companies.
The two sessions are coordinated and unfold their full depth when combined. They can also be booked individually.
This retreat is suitable for all experience levels—whether you're new to breathwork or want to deepen your practice. We recommend that breathwork newbies attend one of our weekly breathwork sessions to familiarize themselves with the technique and the effects of intensive breathing.
Our breathwork practice can be physically and emotionally challenging. Please speak to us in advance if you have any of the following conditions: severe asthma, pregnancy, glaucoma, severely elevated blood pressure, injuries or surgeries, or severe panic attacks – together we will determine whether participation is appropriate for you.
