Sessions can be customized in length—ranging from 60 minutes to several hours, depending on your needs. We work with small teams as well as larger groups and adjust the content accordingly.
Sessions can take place in German, English or Spanish.
No prior experience is needed. Breathwork is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Our sessions are designed to be accessible and easy to follow for all participants.
Sessions can be held at one of our partner studios in Zurich, at your office or during an offsite event, depending of the size of the group. Alternatively, we also offer online sessions, which are ideal for distributed teams.
Participants often report feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more connected as a team. The sessions also provide practical tools that can be used in everyday life to sustain these benefits over time.
In general, yes. However, certain health conditions, such as specific heart or respiratory issues, severe Asthma and Epilepsy, may require caution.
We ask that you inform us of any health concerns within your team beforehand so we can adjust the session if needed.
