Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy To ensure the smooth organization of our sessions and to offer available spots to others, we kindly ask for notification of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the start of the session. For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session or in the case of no-shows, the full booking fee will be charged, as the spot can usually not be reallocated at such short notice. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us create sessions that are mindful and fair for everyone involved.
